I do not understand Obama's proposal for health care policy … can anyone help explain it?

There is so much information on the topic 'Net that I have difficulty in finding the facts of counterfeit them. What is he planning to change? I do not understand the pros and Cons. Can someone explain? Please no rude answers or comments I'm just trying to understand the policy he wishes to undertake. I'm at school nursing and would like to know how this will affect my future job prospects for nurses.

First of all, Obama does not intend to bring universal health care. He wants more assurance to all. On the other hand, of course, the general health-deck sucks. Therefore, we in Western Europe has it. We think, hmm, our healthcare system sucks. I know, lets keep it. I assume that the same in Japan and Canada as well. FACT – The United States uses more health care people toward the other nation in the world. FACT – The United States has a higher mortality rate of children aged under five years of age than in Western European countries, the overall medical expenses. This means that killed an American four year old would have had a better chance to live if they were born in Canada, France, Cuba, Germany, Japan, etc., which all have universal health coverage.
